Key Skills & Qualifications:

  •     Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  •     3-5 years of experience in a similar IT support or service desk role.
  •     Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
  •     Familiarity with basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  •     Experience with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
  •     Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  •     Ability to work under pressure and multitask
