Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the IT Operations Team Lead.
  • You’ll be part of a high-performing IT team that provides responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable support to our staff across the country.
  • While much of your work will be delivered remotely, you’ll also have the opportunity to travel between sites to provide hands-on support and contribute to IT projects and initiatives.
  • This opportunity is preferably based in Wellington but will look at candidates in Auckland, Tauranga or Christchurch for the right person

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the first point of contact for IT support via phone and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues—hardware, software, networking, security, and more.
  • Provide remote desktop support and on-site assistance when needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes and assist with IT project rollouts.
