We’re hiring a Service Desk Analyst to deliver front-line IT support and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations. This role involves resolving hardware/software issues, managing IT assets, and supporting audio/video setups for meetings and events.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1st line IT support (on-site & remote)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage & track IT asset inventory
  • Support audio/video setup & live events
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents & resolutions

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous IT support or Service Desk experience
  • Strong problem-solving & communication skills
  • Basic AV knowledge (VC systems, projectors, mics)
  • Ability to work independently & in a team
