Please note that your CV must be in English. Daily responsibilities Maintain order in the office by collecting, organizing, and redistributing IT equipment. Prepare and configure workstations and peripherals according to company standards. Provide on-site support for meetings, conference calls, and training sessions, ensuring all AV and IT systems function correctly. Monitor and maintain shared office devices (e.g., printers, AV systems), performing first-line troubleshooting. Log, track, and update all service requests and incidents in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system. Escalate unresolved issues to relevant IT teams. Qualifications Please apply only if you meet all of the following criteria: You are at least 18 years old. You are a fresh high school graduate or a university student. You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship. You are available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week). You have a good command of English. For this role, you should also have: Basic knowledge of operating systems Ability to resolve basic hardware issues Installation and configuration of user software Strong communication and patience in user support Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills Ability to work effectively in a team.
