Overview:
Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division, is looking for an IT Service Desk Intern to join our high-tech engineering and manufacturing company for the period of May, 2025 to Mid 2026. To support our focus on delivering high quality products, we are looking for an enthusiastic internship student to add to our End User Services team. This role will give you an opportunity to work on exciting projects. By working with world-leading experts you will gain valuable experience working with a technology leader on some of our most exciting IT projects.
The Location: Hexagon is a global company with locations around the world. This position is based onsite in Calgary, AB.
Responsibilities:

As an IT Servcie Desk Intern, your responsibilities may include:

  • Working with the different Information systems teams with the focus on managing ticket volume, while quickly and effectivetly troubleshooting and triaging issues
  • Auditing and documenting existing system to help identify key areas for improvement.
  • Following the direction of the analysts, implementation of key improvements to the network, infrastructure, applications, or other services
  • Identifying improvement oppurtunities and using your skills to make a difference.
