IT Service Desk Support Technician Melbourne Grammar School is seeking a IT Service Desk Support Technician to join the dedicated IT Department at the School, in a role that offers variety and interesting technical challenges. This role works as part of a nimble team of Service Desk professionals who take pride in the high-quality service and timely advice they provide students, parents and staff of the School. Located primarily in our South Yarra campus (with one week or more each term at our Caulfield campus). This is a full-time ongoing position. You will: Possess excellent IT knowledge and skills. Create and maintain user accounts Provide phone, face-to-face and Service Desk support Maintain asset movements through the Service Desk system Provide support and manage user accounts for staff, students and parents accessing and using the Learning Management System and services Monitor notebook repair status and inform the Service Desk Manager accordingly Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems and applications, mobile/tablet devices and network topologies.
