IMKO is recruiting an IT Service Desk Technician for our Client in the Siouxland area. This is a Full Time Permanent Placement Position. The IT Service Desk Technician position requires a highly experienced and technically proficient Level 3 Helpdesk and Network Technician. This position will be a site lead on the Client premises. If you are a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues across various systems and networks, IMKO would like to speak with you. This role does require a mix of advanced help desk support, network administration, and infrastructure management to ensure both smooth and secure operations of the IT department.

IT Service Desk Technician Responsibilities are, however, will not be limited to:

  • Provide various levels of tech support for end- users, resolving complex hardware, software, and network- related issues.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange online, Share point, One Drive, Teams, and Azure AD
  • Manage inventory and provision equipment to Client team members
  • Manage user identities and access
  • Configure and monitor, troubleshoot the network security
  • Troubleshoot network for connectivity issues
  • Identify/address potential vulnerable areas

IT Service Desk Technician Skills & Knowledge
1. Bachelor’s Degree in a technology discipline is preferred, certifications and relevant experience will be considered in place of a degree
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Level 3 role that includes experience in desktop support, end point management, system administration and light networking
3. Agile and ITIL 4 service management practices
4. Experience with cloud platforms beyond Microsoft 365
Starting Pay: $90 K
