We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Technician to join our onsite team in Almelo. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing IT Service Center while staying at the forefront of technology. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting across hardware and software platforms Register, update, and triage incoming tickets (Incidents/Requests) Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications Manage IT assets and warranty tracking Oversee IT warehouse and inventory operations Deliver user training and guidance as needed Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams Participate in IT-related projects and initiatives Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies Support Windows and iOS environments 🎓 Qualifications & Experience MBO Level 3+ or minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software Proficiency with: IT Service Management Tooling Windows Active Directory & Azure AD Windows 10/11 and Office 365 (Admin Center, Teams, SharePoint) iPhone/iOS support Intune & MacOS (preferred) Ability to diagnose and resolve technical/network issues Excellent communication and customer service skills Team-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving ability Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory) Comfortable patching network ports (preferred) Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+) are a plus Additional language skills in German or French are advantageous
