Job Title: IT Service Integration Manager (Edgewing) Location: Reading area. The role could be contracted to any BAE Systems site (preferably Frimley) but on commencement will immediately be assigned to our Edgewing JV in the Reading area. A financial support package may be available to enable this assignment if required, dependent on certain criteria being met. Due to the nature of this assignment, we envisage there will be a need for mostly on site working, however, flexible working arrangements may be possible – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this role. What you’ll be doing: As a Service Integration Manager, you will have experience in IT service performance monitoring, supporting the Head of Service Management in developing and maintaining KPI's for the overall service, provided by the digital information function and you will formulate SLA's and OLA's, based on underpinning requirements. You will analyse and identify opportunities for service performance improvements, whilst delivering concise reports and communication to the Service Management team and stakeholders, giving insights and recommendations in order to improve the service performance. And you will support the Head of Service Management in the design and implementation of a robust IT service management model.
