Job Description The IT Service Management Analyst supports and maintains the processes and procedures that enable effective IT service delivery across MedHealth. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, this role develops the Freshservice platform to ensure it remains well‑managed, efficient, and aligned to organisational needs. The role is responsible for building integrations and new modules that enhance system capability and streamline service delivery, contributing to consistent and high‑quality IT services. Qualifications Minimum 2 year’s experience in the administration, configuration and upgrade of an ITSM platform Automation and Power Platform Skills, with expertise in Power automate and Power Apps Strong JavaScript and CSS for UI customisation Ability to translate business processes into workflow automation logic Skills in process mapping, optimisation and documentation Experience building system integrations using REST APIs, webhooks and custom connectors Ability to handle data transformation, mapping, authentication and error handling Understanding of integration patterns and secure credential management Experience building system integrations using REST APIs, webhooks and custom connectors Ability to handle data transformation, mapping, authentication and error handling Understanding of integration patterns and secure credential management Testing experience during all system and end user testing, including issue analysis an Additional Information So why be part of the MedHealth Group?
