Your tasks

• Conducting structured market analyses and market research for IT and media technology services
• Analysis of the market and tendering capability of existing IT services as well as evaluation of suitable sourcing and operating models
• Conducting cost, resource, and profitability analyses to evaluate in-house and external operating models.
• Creation and further development of service descriptions, service boundaries and interfaces for procurement and tendering procedures
• Recording and structuring requirements as well as coordination with specialist departments, service managers and external service providers.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in IT service management, IT consulting, IT operations or a comparable environment
• Experience with IT sourcing, outsourcing or managed services, as well as the evaluation of operating and service models.
• Experience in market analysis, cost and profitability assessments, and the preparation of decision-making documents.
• Knowledge of ITIL, public tenders and procurement procedures, and ideally the EVB-IT contract family.
• Experience with specifications, service transitions, and the moderation of requirements with departments and service providers.
