Nutreco is seeking an IT Service Manager. This is a remote opportunity and can be based anywhere in North America, with a preference for Eastern Canada. The regional scope is the Americas, and shared support for the Asia Pacific businesses.
About The Role: Our IT Service Manager leads the delivery and optimization of IT services, ensuring seamless operations and high user satisfaction across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define the Service Management Strategy for the region and advise the Director Global IT Services on the Nutreco Service Management Strategy and matching Service Catalog.
  • Set up and implement year plans for the Region including budgets, in line with the Service Level Agreement in close cooperation with the Business stakeholders and the Domain Managers
  • Monitor the budget and the SLAs within the Region, take corrective actions when necessary, and ensure adequate reporting, to ensure that budgets are met and KPI objectives are realized
  • Responsible for the inventory of IT services requirements of the business and the translation into deliverables specified in Service Level Agreements and into the IT Services Catalog
  • Ensure the delivery of required IT services in the region at the right service level and at the right cost in line with the KPIs defined in the Service Level Agreement in close cooperation with IT Operations
  • Build and maintain relationships with Business Stakeholders, IT jobholders, Domain Managers, Third Party Vendors and Service Management
