We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist In this role, you will: Act as the IT Service Owner (ITSO) for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Intune services, accountable for end-to-end service health, compliance, and risk management. Deliver the IT strategy for MECM and Intune, including defining service offerings, designing solutions, and ensuring operational resilience. Lead the transition roadmap from MECM to Intune, ensuring secure, compliant, and smooth adoption of cloud management capabilities. Define, implement, and oversee cloud controls in Intune, ensuring alignment with global, regional, and local standards. Deliver on roadmaps and evergreening programs, including lifecycle management, patching, vulnerability remediation, and adoption of new governance tools. Drive audit readiness, compliance checks, and risk mitigation activities to maintain operational stability and meet regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Business System Owners and IT IBS leads to understand risks and controls associated with MECM and Intune services, ensuring alignment with the broader IBS service chain. Partner with security, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure services remain green, resilient, and compliant. Provide leadership and guidance through the Intune transition journey, setting controls for cloud-based services where processes may not yet be fully established. Act as the decision-maker and point of escalation, influencing prioritization of non-functional work within teams. Inform stakeholders of the risk status of the end-to-end MECM and Intune services and present risk trends to Business Application Owners. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, endpoint management, and service ownership roles. Deep hands-on knowledge of Microsoft MECM/SCCM and related ecosystems. Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune and hybrid MECM-Intune co-management. Proven experience managing services through their full lifecycle: design, deployment, operations, compliance, evergreening, and retirement. Expertise in IT risk management, audit, and compliance frameworks, particularly in regulated environments like banking and finance. Knowledge of identity and access management controls and their application within enterprise IT services. Strong expertise in vulnerability management, cybersecurity controls, privileged access management, and remediation processes. Ability to define and execute roadmaps for digital transformation and cloud adoption. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, assess impacts, and drive timely resolutions.
