The Opportunity We’re looking for an IT Service Support Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and working with a variety of technologies. Pay & Schedule Competitive pay based on experience Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM What You’ll Do Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Support Office 365, software applications, IP phones, and video conferencing tools Install and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and assist with Windows server support Respond to help desk requests via phone, in person, and ticketing system Create and manage user accounts and access Train employees on hardware, software, and basic IT processes Prioritize and triage support tickets Coordinate with vendors and assist with special projects What You Bring Vocational, Technical, or Associate degree preferred A+ and/or Microsoft certification a plus Comfortable working with PCs, Microsoft Office, and basic networking Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Why You’ll Love Working Here Stable, family-owned company Friendly, collaborative culture PTO & 9 paid holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with profit sharin Referral program Growth and development opportunities Great work-life balance — no weekends Valley Craft Ind. Responsibilities

The IT Service Support Technician will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot various devices including PCs, laptops, and printers. They will also respond to help desk requests and create user accounts while providing training to employees on IT processes.
