Who You Are: * Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on IT or end-user support experience in an enterprise environment. * Post-secondary education in a relevant technical or IT-related field. * Experience with computer imaging and deployment tools using PDQ suite. * Strong working experience with Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems and Microsoft Office 365. * Practical understanding of Active Directory structures and workflows, including user objects and organizational units. * Comfortable working directly with computer hardware, components, tools, and physical workstation installations. * Familiarity with ticketing systems and standard help desk workflows. * Experience supporting Autodesk engineering software (e.g., Revit, MEP) or Bluebeam PDF is considered an asset. * Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to occasionally to travel to S+A offices across Canada as required.
