SENIOR IT SERVICE TECHNICIAN (TIER II AND/OR III)

• Work directly with executives (C-suite) and teams to align IT strategies with business goals.
• Make technology recommendations and turn them into actionable projects.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their technical skills.
• Manage and support corporate IT environments, ensuring smooth operations both on-site and remotely.
