SENIOR IT SERVICE TECHNICIAN (TIER II AND/OR III)

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert IT support (Tier II or/and III) by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Set up, configure, and manage IT systems, including networks, hardware, and software.
- Work directly with executives (C-suite) and teams to align IT strategies with business goals.
- Make technology recommendations and turn them into actionable projects.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their technical skills.
- Manage and support corporate IT environments, ensuring smooth operations both on-site and remotely.
