    This is a U.S. based role and PwC IT Services (US) LLC does not intend to hire external job seekers who will need, now or in the future, PwC IT Services (US) LLC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery.
    The salary range for this position is: $111,500- $213,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Additionally, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.

Responsibilities

US Subsidiary Compliance (including Independence compliance)

  • Lead day-to-day management of core independence processes essential to operational activities.
  • Support onboarding for US-based employees, including compliance confirmations and training.
  • Manage assessments and consultations with key stakeholders, providing guidance on independence and compliance policy matters.
  • Offer expert advice by interpreting compliance and independence policies in the context of specific queries and jurisdictional considerations.
  • Maintain an accurate entity portfolio in Checkpoint for the US pension scheme and other financial interests
  • Oversee the annual compliance confirmation and training process, including resolution of disclosures.
  • Support the handling of ethics cases and contribute to ad-hoc independence-related projects.
