Troubleshooting and resolving desktop, Microsoft 365, server and infrastructure issues
Administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID and Microsoft Defender
Supporting Windows Server environments
Communicating directly with clients and keeping them informed
Documenting technical work, solutions and client environments clearly
Working with other Engineers on escalations, onsite activities and project work
Managing competing priorities across multiple client environments
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and client outcomes
