About the role... We are currently seeking a motivated and detail oriented IT Services Operator to join our IT Service Management team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad. What you will do... Act as single point of contact for the other Service Teams and the Customer Service Desk, for escalation of Incidents to 3rd level support. Incident Management: Effectively receive, log, evaluate the completeness of the information, of incoming IT requests and incidents, ensuring proper categorization and compliance with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Reproduce reported functionality issues in controlled environments, in order to validate problems and avoid unnecessary escalations to development teams. Knowledge Base Enrichment: Actively contribute to the enhancement of knowledge base. Cooperate with development and testing teams to support issue resolution. Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes, monitoring, reporting and operational efficiency. Technical Skills required... Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or another relevant field. 1-3 years of experience in IT Service Desk. Good understanding of incident management and operational support processes. Familiarity with ticketing and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow or similar. Familiarity with ITIL / IT Service Management frameworks will be considered an asset. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
