ABOUT THE POSITION:

This position follows a hybrid work model and requires three days per week in the office. We have two locations in Germany: one in the Bavarian capital of Munich, and our headquarters in Berlin. The whole company comes together once a year to celebrate our successes together.
What you will be doing:
Be the first point of contact for our employees: Support employees with day-to-day questions related to internal IT Services, making sure they have everything to do their best work. Act as a friendly and approachable resource for our team across several locations; onsite & remote.
Setting our new joiners up for success: You will closely work together with our People & Organization team to create a great onboarding experience. Welcoming new employees with all the equipment & tools they need.
Maintain and manage our IT assets: Handle and maintain our devices. Managing our IT inventory and keeping our assets register up-to-date.
Support IT Operations: You ensure IT operations run smoothly by handling tickets via Jira and Slack.
Ensure Compliance: making sure that all IT assets meet regulatory requirements and internal standards, such as data protection laws and company policies.

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in an IT-Support function
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • You are well versed with IT and compliance processes (e.g.: ITIL)
  • You know your way around Microsoft 365 administration and the Atlassian suite (primarily Jira/Confluence) is your second home
  • Tools like Jumpcloud or similar IdPs (Okta, Onelogin) are nothing new to you
  • Hands on support for Mac and Windows devices is your bread and butter
  • Handling and maintenance of laptops and smartphones is something you are comfortable with
  • You know how to manage assets with an MDM and an asset register
  • Business fluent level of German (min C1) and fluency in English
  • Traveling between Berlin and Munich is possible for you
