Responsibilities We are searching for a motivated and talented individual to join our team to provide outstanding IT services. Develop and interweave best practises throughout all services Take ownership for End User issues, queries and requests Deploy and support desktops, laptops, printers, iPhones, iPad, VOIP phone and any other authorised peripherals Document all services, processes and best practises Manage vendors who provide supporting services Purchase, installation, configuration and support of all related hardware Configuration and maintenance of virtual infrastructure Manage retention policies and user data recovery Manage quotes, invoices and purchase orders Requirements Required Technology Experience: Windows 11, macOS Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra Apple iPhone / iPad / Apple TV AV Equipment (Video Conferencing Systems/Zoom Rooms/Crestron) Networking troubleshooting fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Windows Server (including, but not limited to, AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, file and print services and failover clustering) Preferred Technology Experience: Sophos Firewall Microsoft Exchange Server Microsoft Hyper-V SAN administration Dell / Cisco Switches Cisco Call Manager Microsoft SQL Server Bloomberg Personal Traits: Ensure colleagues have the optimal technology services to perform at their best Be well-spoken Have a polished and professional appearance Be able to multi-task, prioritise and make sensible decisions in a fast paced environment Be meticulous in their attention to detail Administrative Details Start date: Immediate preferred Compensation: Competitive base salary Benefits: Medical insurance; Annual leave Experience: 5+ years professional experience Languages: Excellent command of English required (written and spoken) Reporting to Head of IT Travel: Not applicable Disclaimer: We only accept job applications through our Clermont Career Website, LinkedIn or MyCareersFuture Singapore (A Singapore Government Agency Website). Responsibilities
