Your tasks

• You are a reliable contact person (m/f/d) for internal departments and provide qualified second-level hardware support. You maintain and deliver hardware servers from all known vendors.
• You repair servers; replacing typical system components is no challenge for you.
• You will participate in performance/error analyses as well as optimization and tuning measures for existing systems.
• You accompany and implement new solutions and projects from start to finish and are involved in the strategic decision-making process.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your vocational training as an IT specialist or have several years of professional experience.
• Maintaining hardware servers and troubleshooting physical faults is no problem for you.
• You are characterized by a sense of responsibility and a high level of motivation in relation to new challenges.
• You are a team player, enthusiastic, flexible, and possess an analytical way of working.
• You have very good German and English skills.
