Job Description

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE EXPECTED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years in similar IT infrastructure role
  • Broad operational knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • Operational knowledge of IT service and/or technology delivery, quality management, operations and strategy development
  • Deep specialization in specific domain (networks/productivity tools)
  • Proficient communication skills in written and spoken English and German
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Awareness of current best practice in service / application management and experience in a delivery management / service management role
  • Understanding of IT procurement and contract law
  • Understanding of information security regulations including GDPR
