: Major Functions: Performs a full range of system administration functions in order to control systems and attain maximum utilization and efficiency in port. II: Basic Duties & Responsibilities: % time spent ❑ Performs troubleshooting and fault isolation on PC's, LAN's, or related system components in simple configurations in order to maintain system availability.30% ❑ Installs and configures accessories components such as Printers and Scanners in multi-user, PC's in order to maintain or enhance system operation and capabilities.20% ❑ Performs the maintenance requests and prepare the reports needed.10% ❑ Performs the preventive maintenance.10% ❑ Provides full user PCs support to customs employees in site.10% ❑ Assigns, directs, oversees, and evaluates the work of subordinate technical and support personnel in order to ensure work meets established standards and systems operate effectively. 10% ❑ Follow up with custom department managers in site to solve any problem in PCs. 10% : Basic Qualification: A: Education: ❑ BA/BS in engineering, computer science or other related field B: Experience: o 6+ years of experience in IT and systems operation o Knowledge about multiplatform server HW and SW o Ability to deliver precise solutions, sense for detail, strong analytical skills, self management, flexibility, organizational skills ,leadership skills o PC Skills (HW/SW): Windows, C: Skills: ❑ Languages: Arabic / English ❑ Computer: Sound knowledge of PCs printers scanners, laptops, Windows, MS Office, ❑ Other: D: Training Required: ❑ At least … MCSE ….
