TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

• Proficiency in full-stack development, including C#, Console Applications, and Visual Studio for backend development.
• Strong front-end development skills, with expertise in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, React, and Node.js, ensuring the creation of dynamic and responsive web applications.
• Experience with modern development tools and package managers, including npm for JavaScript dependency management.
• Active knowledge of database management, particularly MSSQL, SQL, Server Management Studio, and Azure databases for structured data storage and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and serverless technologies, including Azure Functions, to build scalable, cloud-based applications.
• Version control experience using Git and GitHub Desktop, ensuring seamless collaboration and source code management.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with hands-on experience using Jira for task tracking.

EDUCATION & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in full stack software development
• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional knowledge

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Design, develop, and enhance the internal ERP tool and all other software systems developed or maintained by BARE, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Ensure thorough testing of all systems and infrastructure components, including integration, and performance testing, to maintain high standards of quality, stability, and security.
• Ensure creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation for all systems, processes, and infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for future reference and compliance purposes.
• Ensure that all activities—across architecture, development, testing, and documentation—are in full compliance with relevant industry standards, security protocols, and internal organizational policies.
• Assess and estimate the time, resources, and effort required for development tasks, ensuring realistic planning, effective resource allocation, and alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
• Independently diagnose and resolve system errors and performance bottlenecks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, leveraging new tools and methodologies to enhance system efficiency and development processes.
