Job Purpose: รับผิดชอบในการวิเคราะห์และเชื่อมโยงความต้องการทางธุรกิจ (Business Requirements) เข้ากับโซลูชันทางเทคนิคสำหรับแพลตฟอร์มการเช่าและจำหน่ายรถยนต์ (Core System) เพื่อให้ระบบทำงานได้อย่างมีเสถียรภาพ รองรับการขยายตัวของธุรกิจรถเช่าองค์กร (Corporate Rental), รถเช่าบุคคล (Retail Rental) และรถมือสอง (Used Car Sales) Key Responsibilities (ตาม Scope of Work): System Management & Stability: ดูแลและบริหารจัดการระบบการจัดการรถหลัก (Core System) ประสานงานร่วมกับทีม Infrastructure และ Developer เพื่อให้ระบบมีความพร้อมใช้งาน (Availability) และมีเสถียรภาพสูงสุดตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท Business Solution Development: พัฒนาและออกแบบระบบเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินธุรกิจในทุกมิติ ทั้งรถเช่าองค์กร รถเช่าบุคคล การจัดการรถมือสอง รวมถึงการทำ Requirement Analysis สำหรับโปรเจกต์ธุรกิจใหม่ๆ (New Business Initiative) Change Request Analysis: เป็นตัวกลางในการรับ Requirement (CR) จาก User เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ทางเทคนิค (Technical Feasibility), ประเมินผลกระทบ (Impact Analysis) และจัดทำ Functional Specification เพื่อส่งต่อให้ทีมพัฒนา Release & Deployment Management: บริหารจัดการรอบการ Release และการ Deployment ระบบให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงและผลกระทบต่อการใช้งานของธุรกิจ Incident & Problem Management: วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหา (Root Cause Analysis) เมื่อเกิด Incident ในระบบ ประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างรวดเร็วเพื่อลดผลกระทบเชิงธุรกิจ และวางแผนป้องกันปัญหาซ้ำซ้อน Vendor Management: ทำงานร่วมกับ Outsourced Vendors อย่างใกล้ชิ้ด ควบคุมการส่งมอบงานให้เป็นไปตาม Service Level Agreement (SLA) และรักษามาตรฐานคุณภาพของระบบ (Quality Standards) Qualifications: Education: ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง Experience: มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในบทบาท Business Analyst หรือ Systems Analyst (หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Car Rental, Leasing, Fleet Management หรือ Automotive จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) Technical Skills: * มีความเข้าใจใน Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ทั้งแบบ Waterfall และ Agile สามารถเขียน SQL Query พื้นฐานเพื่อตรวจสอบข้อมูลในฐานข้อมูลได้ มีความเข้าใจในระบบ API Integration และ Microservices จะเป็นประโยชน์มาก สามารถใช้เครื่องมือจำพวก Jira, Confluence หรือเครื่องมือทำ Diagram เช่น Visio, Draw.io ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว Soft Skills: มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ยอดเยี่ยม สามารถแปลงภาษาธุรกิจที่ซับซ้อนให้เป็นภาษาทางเทคนิคได้ มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า (Problem Solving) และการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ (Analytical Thinking) มีความเป็นมืออาชีพในการประสานงานกับ Vendor และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในระดับต่างๆ
