Job Description You will process IT requests in line with our IT demand process. This will also involve evaluating and prioritising requests with the relevant requesters You will develop technical solution concepts with your colleagues and bring the topics to project maturity You will analyse the needs of our business and central divisions and advise them on IT services, project plans and technical innovations You will act proactively as a ‘translator’ between business and IT and identify future regulatory challenges in the banking environment Your responsibilities will also include occasionally managing smaller IT projects Qualifications You have a successfully completed university degree in (business) information technology, business administration or a comparable degree programme, as well as several years of professional experience in the field of IT.
