Description The Solution Administrator is responsible for the operational planning, implementation, and Tier 2 support of the organization’s enterprise application stack. This includes ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical business systems across both on-premises and cloud environments. The role involves administering application platforms, coordinating upgrades, patches, feature releases and delivering Tier 2 support to maintain seamless and efficient business operations. Collaborate with engineering and business teams to design and implement short- and long-term strategies for enterprise applications. Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials for application administration and end-user support. Manage application service assets, including inventory, lifecycle planning, and configuration documentation. Monitor application performance and availability; coordinate upgrades, patches, and hotfixes as needed. Provide Tier 2 support for enterprise applications, resolving escalated issues and coordinating with vendors when necessary. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and change enablement practices. Participate in after-hours maintenance and support activities as required. Support and maintain enterprise solutions including: ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) MFC (Material Flow Control) systems Requirements Required: 3–5 years of experience with tier 2 application support/administration or related IT role.
