Description The IT Solutions Analyst is responsible for developing and integrating application services and features that support the organization’s global strategy and vision with focus on customer experience and relationship management. This role translates business needs into scalable, value-driven technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and desired outcomes. The solutions analyst collaborates with teams to configure, implement, and optimize application services that enhance operational efficiency, support innovation, and drive continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES · Design and configure value-driven application features and functionalities that align with business needs. · Develop and implement technical solutions, including hotfixes and bug resolutions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. · Integrate emerging technologies and innovations into solution engineering to maintain modern relevance and scalability. · Collaborate with operational teams to coordinate and execute feature and service releases. · Support the planning and execution of feature implementations across other global solutions teams. · Coordinate technical service changes in alignment with IT service management practices. · Compose and maintain detailed application service documentation, including system diagrams and user manuals. Requirements Required: · Bachelor’s (BAS) degree in Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience · 5+ years of senior-level experience designing, developing, and administering enterprise-level IT solutions · Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and concepts · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Fluent in the English language (both written and spoken) · Experience with Advanced technical administration and design for enterprise solutions · Demonstrated ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment · Commitment to following established policies, procedures, and standards · Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams. · Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. · Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
