As an IT Solutions Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in providing first-line support to our clients as well as getting involved in working with and deploying AI for various functions.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT environment and develop your skills in various areas of IT support, including Helpdesk Support, Business Applications, and AI & Automation.

Role: IT Solutions Apprentice
Location: Castle Donington, DE74
Salary: £15,000 p/a
Hours: Monday to Friday, either 08:00 – 16:00 or 9:00 – 17:00 (30 mins lunch)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Interaction: Handle incoming client calls and provide exceptional customer service.
  • First-Line Support: Assist with troubleshooting and resolving basic IT issues, including software and hardware problems.
  • Hardware Deployment: Assist with deploying and updating client hardware.
  • AI and Business Central Tasks: Support tasks related to AI implementations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior staff to escalate and resolve complex issues.
