QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 6+ years of related Project Management/Systems Analyst
• Thorough, motivated, detail-oriented problem solver both individually and with a team.
• Experience writing SQL queries preferred.
• Report authoring
• Able to read and understand basic computer code and concepts.
• HTML, XML, JavaScript preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• ERP Experience, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
  Salary: $75,000-$100,000

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The IT Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, creating, building, and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and system architecture and analysis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop project plans that meet stakeholder requirements. Be inquisitive enough to ask questions to gain insight on all perspectives.
• Work directly with business units to implement, manage, and support new and established software systems including NetSuite ERP.
• Analyze business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
• Design, create and build solutions as a part of the team.
• Assist in the creation of new reports and dashboards to reflect productivity/profitability and track key performance indicators (KPI)
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure that all project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
• Improve training and operational procedures within a business to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Create training materials and perform in person training.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of corporate software systems and how to leverage their capabilities to drive innovation.
• Work with vendors on projects and resolve issues.
