Would you like to join our agile team in Covestro IT and help drive forward the digitalization of the company and the optimization of business processes? Then you’ve come to the right place! The IT Application Services department is the implementation partner for business applications and their operation. The Logistics team supports all IT systems and processes for our business units in this area on a global level. We rely in particular on SAP products such as SAP Transportation Management (TM), S/4HANA, SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
This exciting role focuses on the areas of TM and EWM.

Your new tasks:

• As an innovator, you will drive our SAP landscape into the S/4HANA era and set new standards. You will be the interface between business requirements and technical implementation – with an eye for the big picture
• You will develop creative solutions from conception to implementation, keeping all stakeholders in mind
• You will take responsibility for projects at local, regional, or global level and be a problem solver when complex support tickets land on your desk.
• You will manage external partners confidently and ensure knowledge transfer, while keeping your finger on the pulse of IT trends and sharing your insights with the team
• You will live our C3 values and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Your profile looks like this:

• Master’s degree in (business) information technology
• In-depth knowledge of SAP TM and SAP EWM – you are very familiar with these systems
• Sound understanding of the logistics value chain (MM, SD, GTS)
• Experience in project management and leadership qualities, as well as a structured way of thinking and methodical problem-solving skills
• Team player mentality in agile working environments, communication skills, and openness to interacting with diverse cultures
• Business fluent English for international collaboration
