PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENT

  • Understands the commercial cost/financial/budget impact of decisions to be taken, for any products/solutions to be developed, considering the overall impact to a customer proposal and recommending the appropriate solutions
  • Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment.
  • Design of solution offerings including services, support, training (classroom, roundtables, webinars). Detail definition of Solution Components, Scope of Work, Deliverables, Effort Sizing and Pricing.
  • Implementation planning and delivery for Proof Of Concepts (POC), Migration Services & Deployment Services.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to provide full presales assistance in support of the successful achievement of sales targets while adhering to cost of sales objectives
  • Self-sufficiency in leading pre-sales activities aiming to close sales opportunities.
  • Achieving reliable, timely and high-quality design and deployment work.
