JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) Department is seeking a highly motivated IT Sourcing Specialist to join the team on a contract basis. In this role, you will take ownership of sourcing strategies within the Information Technology category, including IT Hardware, Services, Software, and Upgrades. The role supports enterprise-wide projects and is focused on delivering cost savings, mitigating risk, and supporting our company’s procurement transformation objectives. You will report to the Strategic Sourcing Manager – IT Procurement.

• Lead IT procurement sourcing efforts, including vendor identification, evaluation, and negotiation.
• Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies using robust data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Conduct RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and manage the end-to-end strategic sourcing process with cross-functional teams.
• Draft, review, and support the execution of contracts and procurement documents, including: NDAs, MSAs, SaaS Agreements, Licensing Agreements, SOWs, and Service Agreements.
• Collaborate with legal and IPSS contracts teams for vendor onboarding and compliance.
• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to align procurement needs with project goals.
• Manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and issue supplier purchase orders (POs).
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to achieve cost savings while ensuring risk mitigation.
• Provide sourcing support for TMNA, TFS, and other Toyota business entities as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic procurement innovation.
