IT Sourcing & Vendor Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR EXPERIENCE :

• You enrich our organization with profound educational background, preferably in IT, Business Administration, Legal and keep regularly updated and developed to latest standards. Bachelor required, Masters desired, double degree a plus
• Your proficiency is based on at least five years of experience in sourcing and vendor management
• You are business fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, and do not hesitate to deal with partners and contracts in both languages
• You have a strong understanding of IT managed services
• You have a proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and driving performance improvements
• You have excellent negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills
• You are able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You demonstrate transformational leadership styles to build trust, motivate, engage, and inspire colleaguesYou have a strong service orientation and demonstrate a clear Can-Do attitude

• You develop and implement IT sourcing strategies to identify and onboard external service providers in alignment with the IT department’s goals and objectives
• You manage the end-to-end IT vendor management process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and ongoing relationship management
• You track service levels against SLA, drive continuous improvement to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds agreed-upon SLAs
• You collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align vendor services to meet those needs.
• You closely collaborate with Procurement to meet commercial requirements
• You develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, fostering effective communication and addressing any issues or escalations in a timely manner
• You monitor vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and proactively address contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as required
• You stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to sourcing and vendor management in the healthcare sectorYou collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, cost optimization, risk management, and process improvement related to sourcing and vendor management
