As an IT specialist (m/f/d) in the "Central Authorisation Management" team, you will process internal orders (tickets) and user permissions in different systems, or as a ticket coordinator (m/f/d) ITSM.

The place of work is Saarbrücken or, alternatively, Munich.

YOUR TASKS ARE:

• Creating and updating authorization documentation (e.g., individual authorization and role concepts)
• Support with the administration, optimization and further development of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) software
• Consultation of the specialist departments
• Application Management (IAM), including user support and process optimization
• Introduction of new applications for authorization management, maintenance of existing programs/role models in the IAM solution.
• Authorization monitoring (target-actual comparison) and coordination of deviations with managers & product owners.
• Conducting regular checks (e.g. recertification)

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or completed studies in (business) informatics, or similar.
• Initial practical experience in the field of Identity & Access Management (IAM) or authorization management
• Information security and data protection standards are known.
• Experience in using IT service management software
• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level)
• Basic knowledge of English
• Ability to analyze, describe and optimize complex relationships
• Independent work ethic, confident demeanor, strong teamwork and communication skills
