Description

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic IT professional to perform primarily administrative tasks supporting the IT department in asset management, data management, and new-hire onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Finance to facilitate and streamline IT equipment order and order fulfillment procedures.
  • Help to maintain the IT catalog.
  • Facilitate and fulfill asset-related requests following IT policy and practices.
  • Perform logistical and administrative coordination regarding IT assets.
  • Monitor the lost-and-found queue and resolve cases of lost-and-found equipment.
  • Coordinate with Finance regarding IT charge classifications.
  • Occasionally, image laptops for Clark’s use.
  • Occasionally, participate in bi-monthly weekend maintenance window testing.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors regarding catalog offerings, purchases, shipping, and other items as needed.
  • Occasionally, make user guides for IT and non-IT audiences.
  • Assist with new hire coordination and related procedures, including account and equipment provisioning and logistics.
  • Perform new hire orientations.
  • Adhere to IT policies and best practices and help others do the same.
  • Remain online and responsive throughout working hours, and sometimes before or after hours as needed.
  • Alert the larger IT team to any high-priority issues.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experienced in IT Asset Operations and using ServiceNow for IT ticketing.
  • Proficient with computer hardware, installed software, and SaaS, including Coupa.
  • Committed to accuracy, integrity, and punctuality.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable.
  • Desires to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Organized and able to plan and manage a project from start to finish.
  • Documents work thoroughly.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate within teams.
  • Desire to build a career in IT.
  • Eager to be trained on company systems and best practices.
