Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Specialist to provide technical support, and maintain company technology and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install and configure computers, routers, printers, Wi-Fi, and other IT equipment
• Manage Google Workspace, user accounts, emails, and permissions
• Develop, maintain, and update company websites
• Use AI tools to improve business operations, content creation, and productivity
• Manage Facebook/Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads
• Maintain business systems and online platforms
• Coordinate with internet and software providers
• Manage basic IT security, and software updates

Key Skills:

• Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Google Workspace management
• Web development and website management
• Experience with AI tools and automation
• Facebook/Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads management
• Network and Wi-Fi configuration
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
