Job Description Provide end-to-end IT support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including workstations, servers, networks, and cloud-based systems. Administer user access management, including Active Directory, identity management, and Single Sign-On (SSO). Implement and maintain endpoint management systems, including device provisioning, monitoring, and updates across Windows and macOS environments. Oversee IT asset management, ensuring accurate tracking of hardware, software licenses, and related documentation. Ensure the organization’s IT systems comply with information security policies and standards, including support for ISO 27001 audits and controls. Develop and implement automation or scripting solutions (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to improve operational efficiency. Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively implement preventive measures and improvements. Support cybersecurity initiatives, including implementing security controls, monitoring threats, and promoting security best practices across the organization. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and issue resolution. Support and manage IT-related training sessions, onboarding, and company-wide technical setups (e.g., townhalls, workshops, or system rollouts). Document IT processes, policies, and technical procedures to maintain operational consistency. Configure, maintain, and monitor network devices including routers, firewalls, switches, and access points (Ruijie), Ensure network stability, performance, and security across office environments, Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively implement preventive measures and improvements Operate and maintain CCTV surveillance systems Maintain IT helpdesk ticketing systems and SLA time Manage access door control systems, including user provisioning and access logs Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff when required. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or IT infrastructure management within a corporate environment. - Experience with network devices — routers, firewalls, switches, and access points (Ruijie experience is a plus) - Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments. - Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, networking, and user support. - Proven experience implementing and managing enterprise infrastructure solutions, including: Active Directory Endpoint/Device Management Server and client provisioning Single Sign-On (SSO) / Identity Management - Experience supporting ISO 27001 or other information security compliance frameworks. - Proficiency in scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar). - Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices. - Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT is a plus. - Experience managing IT assets, vendor coordination, and third-party service providers. - Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support cross-functional teams. - Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
