As an IT Specialist at CHEQ you will: Provide end-user technical support, manage core systems and network Handle the day-to-day IT operations, from hardware setups to account troubleshooting, and provide best-in-class client-side support Gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of IT functions, including support for Mac and PC hardware, software applications, and operating systems. Be responsible for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless IT performance. Requirements To become an IT Specialist at CHEQ, you will need to have: 2+ years experience in an IT support role Experience in supporting MacOS & Windows operating systems - a must Experience with Google Workspace, Office 365 Experience with IAM environments (JumpCloud, OKTA, OneLogin) Experience with MDM / IAM systems Knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP - a plus Knowledge of Scripting - and automation tools - a plus Knowledge of cloud computing - a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Full-time on-site presence in our Tel Aviv office (5 days a week) is required.
