A strong interest in security principles, endpoint protection, and identity management (SSO/MFA). Experience with ticketing systems and providing high-quality technical support to colleagues. Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for task automation. Bonus Qualifications: Basic understanding of AWS (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) or Cloud Practitioner certification.
