Description Job Summary: Provides technical support and IT infrastructure maintenance to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology systems across Euroline Steel Windows. Supports users, systems hardware, and software while aligning with Euroline’s commitment to quality, security, and operational excellence. Requirements Essential Functions: Provide day-to-day technical support to office and shop floor users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, mobile devices, and related peripherals. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings in accordance with company policies. Monitor system performance, backups, and network connectivity to ensure uptime and data integrity. Assist with onboarding and offboarding by preparing equipment, system access, and documentation. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support, repairs, and upgrades. Maintain inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and assets. Support cybersecurity best practices including updates, patches, and antivirus protection. Document IT procedures, configurations, and support activities. Perform other IT-related duties as assigned. Knowledge and Abilities: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical users. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts. Attention to detail and commitment to data security and confidentiality Education and experience: Associate’s degree in information technology or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Previous IT support or helpdesk experience preferred. Physical demands: Light to medium work exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally. Ability to lift and carry computer equipment and peripherals. Standing, walking, bending, and reaching as required to service equipment. 3 Work Environment: The worker is subject to office and light industrial work environment. Occasional exposure to noise typical of manufacturing and office settings. The worker may be required to access server rooms or equipment areas
