Job Description
Salary Range: $63,000 - $68,000 based on previous experience

JOB SUMMARY

This role provides first-level technical support for hotel systems, end-user devices, and network infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. The position also supports IT projects, monitors system performance, enforces IT standards, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with Accor’s technology policies and best practices.

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • University degree or equivalent practical experience in IT or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support or infrastructure management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, network systems, and hotel systems.
  • Familiarity with Accor systems and IT standards is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
    Additional Information
    Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous first-level support for IT-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, and network problems for all end users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop computers, printers, peripherals, and software.
  • Support critical hotel applications.
  • Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, network components, and backups.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, incidents, and technical procedures.
  • Support ongoing IT projects and rollouts under the direction of the IT Manager and Regional Systems Manager.
  • Participate in after-hours support rotations.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the IT Manager.
