Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to FIVE’s Operations, adding a personalised touch to each solution.
Assists in the Setup and Configuration of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment, ensuring a ‘FIVE-Star’ experience for users.
Promptly responds to support tickets and inquiries, meticulously Documenting Issues and Resolutions, adding a sensational level of professionalism to each interaction.
Expertly monitors and maintains FIVE’s computer Networks, both wired and wireless, guaranteeing exquisite Connectivity, top-notch performance, and robust Security Protocols.
Diligently implements Network Security Measures, ensuring an industry-leading level of Protection for Data Integrity, while curating regular Audits for comprehensive Security Assessments.
Installs, configures and maintains servers, switches, routers, and other network devices, using visionary Expertise to Optimise Network Performance.
Collaborates closely with vendors and service providers, enhancing Troubleshooting Efforts for network connectivity and performance, ensuring a boundary-breaking IT Experience.
Performs Routine System Backups and implements Disaster Recovery Procedures, maintaining a next-level readiness for Potential Disruptions.
Works harmoniously with Internal Stakeholders to define project requirements, develop project plans, and allocate resources, kick-starting each project with phenomenal coordination.
Conducts extensive research and recommends new technologies, solutions, and tools to enhance FIVE’s IT capabilities, constantly delivering progressive IT enhancements.
Ensures deadlines and milestones are met with an award-winning dedication, providing regular updates to the Head of Department on project progress.
Champions and enforces ground-breaking IT Security Policies and procedures, safeguarding FIVE’s data and systems from unauthorised access and malware, setting the Gold Standard in Online Safety.
Educates the FIVE Tribe on Best Practices for Data Security and Privacy, providing energising training sessions that elevate the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
Stays up to date with the latest industry trends and security standards, proactively recommending and implementing necessary Security Measures to maintain FIVE’s first-in-class Standards.
Maintains Accurate Records of hardware and software inventory, licenses, and warranties, ensuring behind-the-scenes efficiency in IT Asset Management.
Adheres to SOPs and Service Standards, executing duties with a Sensational Flair and ensuring adherence to Safety Policies.
Collaborates with the FIVE Tribe, embracing a culture of Continuous Improvement and Shared Success.
