IT Support Dispatcher (m/f/d)

We are IT Fabrik Systemhaus GmbH & Co. KG. We help companies to get their IT systems in top shape, and are now looking for someone to take charge of everything: on the phone, in the ticketing system and in the scheduling of our technicians.

Your tasks
  • You are often the first voice our customers hear on the phone: You take down fault reports and inquiries, briefly clarify the problem and ensure that it ends up with the right technician.
  • You spend a lot of time on the phone – with customers, with technicians in the field, to coordinate appointments, reschedule or react at short notice if something changes.
  • You schedule the deployments of our technicians so that everyone is in the right place at the right time.
  • You keep track of incoming tickets and manage them through our system.
  • You will perform central services in the building: You will answer calls at the switchboard, open the door for visitors and suppliers, and be the first point of contact at reception.
  • You contribute ideas when you notice where we can better organize processes or resources.
System requirements for you
  • You have a commercial education and ideally some experience in logistics planning.
  • You enjoy talking on the phone, speak clearly and kindly – even when several lines are flashing at the same time.
  • You are a natural organizer and keep track of things even in stressful moments.
  • You work in a structured manner, enjoy communicating, and feel comfortable in a team.
  • You are proficient in using PCs and Microsoft programs, love IT and can quickly learn new applications.
