Troubleshooting and repair (electrical/mechanical) systems at the customer's site.
Coordination and agreement of one's own activities at the client's site
Performing service work on systems at the customer's site
Documentation of services performed and creation of error logs
Integration of software into customer devices at locations throughout Germany
Testing of software components according to specifications
Conducting acceptance tests of IT system integrated platforms
Interface coordination with the national and international companies involved at the conversion site
Maintenance of complex database applications
Support in the creation of training, maintenance and operational concepts for military customers
Support for the development department during the design phase
Participation in industry and customer training courses
Support with cost calculation and concept development in the context of integration, installation and commissioning, as well as technical and logistical support.

Completed technical training in electrical engineering or IT, preferably with additional qualifications
Knowledge of military technology products is an advantage.
Valid driving licence for vehicles of categories B, preferably also BE and C1E
Good English skills, both spoken and written.
Experience in handling hazardous materials and protective equipment
Knowledge of software and hardware integration
Basic knowledge of SAP
High willingness to travel
Good technical understanding
Ability to work independently and responsibly, as well as a service-oriented demeanor.
A high degree of care, precision and quality awareness
Strong intercultural competence
