IT Specialist RESPONSIBILITIES Work INDEPENDENTLY onsite and remotely in multiple Auto-RV dealerships in a 35-75 mile radius, using a company-issued vehicle. Investigate and solve technical issues Open/Close/Manage Help Desk Tickets Implement IT asset deployment and management Install and configure new network devices when necessary Perform hardware and software upgrades on end-user devices as well as IT infrastructure Configure IT Security infrastructure (Firewalls, Anti Virus, SIEM, IDS, and others as needed) Diagnose and repair network issues (WiFi and wired) and run/repair cable if necessary Work closely with end-users, other IT Specialists, Regional IT Managers, and Corporate Director of IT Occasionally travel out of town ( a few times per year) for specialized projects Requirements REQUIREMENTS Associates degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field 3+ years of IT related experience Ability to work INDEPENDENTLY Professionalism and strong communication skills Ability to work with all levels and varying positions of staff Multitasking skills and attention to details Attention for detail and time management skills A WIDE range of IT skills. Responsibilities

The IT Specialist will work independently both onsite and remotely across multiple Auto-RV dealerships, addressing technical issues and managing help desk tickets. Responsibilities also include implementing IT asset management, configuring network devices, and ensuring IT security infrastructure is maintained.
