Description
At Gambit, we are building cutting-edge cybersecurity products that require top-tier infrastructure, seamless operations, and zero friction. As our team scales, we are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy Part-Time IT Support Specialist to join us and build a well-oiled IT function from the ground up. In this role, you will be the face of IT at Gambit, taking full ownership of our day-to-day Helpdesk operations, system provisioning, and user support alongside a skilled DevOps team. We believe in high standards, real collaboration, and giving you the autonomy to learn and make a massive impact from day one. About the Role Lead end-to-end IT onboarding every Monday- creating accounts, and ensuring new hires have everything they need to succeed from day one. Manage and prioritize the day-to-day user support pipeline, keeping a close eye on internal SLAs and delivering exceptional, friction-free service. Provision, manage, and audit user permissions and security groups across our core stack (Okta, GitHub, and Twingate). Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot modern corporate endpoints using Kandji / IRU. Take the reins on hardware inventory (laptops, peripherals), sync with external IT vendors, and ensure our office network/internet infrastructure runs flawlessly. Maintain and optimize our internal IT playbooks and technical documentation within Notion. Requirements A natural problem-solver who is eager to learn, highly organized, and genuinely service-oriented. Up to 1-2 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Tech Support. (Brilliant juniors/students with strong technical affinity—we want to meet you too!). Comfortable troubleshooting macOS. Good knowledge of Windows or Linux is a strong advantage. A positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality user support. Practical familiarity or hands-on experience with Identity Providers (IdP like Okta) and MDM solutions. High-level English and Hebrew (both written and verbal) Ability to be on-site on Mondays (Onboarding day) + flexibility for remote, on-call support on alternating Fridays (approx. once a month).
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT onboarding, day-to-day helpdesk operations, and user support. Oversee system provisioning, security groups, hardware inventory, and internal technical documentation.
