This is a hands-on role that involves designing, deploying, and supporting IT infrastructure for a wide range of businesses. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Network configuration and troubleshooting (VLAN, VPN, routing)
  • Windows and Mac systems, including Microsoft Office support
  • Server setup, management, and maintenance
  • IP-based technologies: VOIP systems, video/audio over IP, IP camera systems
  • Customer support, both remote and onsite
  • On-call availability, including some weekends
