ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that involves designing, deploying, and supporting IT infrastructure for a wide range of businesses. If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and taking ownership of projects, we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Network configuration and troubleshooting (VLAN, VPN, routing)
• Windows and Mac systems, including Microsoft Office support
• Server setup, management, and maintenance
• IP-based technologies: VOIP systems, video/audio over IP, IP camera systems
• Customer support, both remote and onsite
• On-call availability, including some weekends
