What You’ll Do: Support and maintain hardware, software, servers, and networks Configure cloud-based and locally hosted solutions Provide support for Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and key business systems Create and manage SharePoint sites, Power Automate Flows, and Power Apps Implement security and compliance best practices Troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, and support helpdesk needs Collaborate with teams to roll out new technology solutions Why Join SDB? The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required What We’re Looking For: Ability to commute to our Nashville, TN headquarters 3 days per week Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Information Technology, including: 2–3 years working with Windows Server environments 2–3 years supporting Practice Management Software in dental or healthcare settings Technical Expertise: Proficient with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers Skilled in configuring and maintaining corporate networks, VPNs, and phone systems Experienced in cloud-based and locally hosted software solutions Strong troubleshooting skills for advanced hardware and software issues Professional Skills: Excellent communication, documentation, and active listening abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 25% Ready to grow your IT career with a company that’s making a difference?
